🚗A 5 minutes from the A1 Modena Nord exit. Off the highway, always keep right and take the ring road towards Baggiovara. At exit 19 - not marked but comes after 18 😜 - go up the bridge and turn right, then right again for Cognento. Follow the road and after 2 white signs (Tarco company)   turn left between the brick columns.
At the end of the road, on the right, you will find the villa.
